SINGING 201 for Kidz

This 4 week workshop, designed for kids ages 7 to 11, will continue to give you the skills to sing safely and correctly and is available Only to students who have completed the Singing 101 class. This workshop continues to teach proper vocal training. It will focus on more challenging material, basic harmonies, solos and duets. On the 4th day of the workshop all songs will be recorded for each student to take home on CD!
Dawn’s Vocal Technique teaches you…
- Proper vocal warm-ups that you can use for life
- Continuing to working through the “break” in your voice
- Vocal placement to create a nice “bright” sound
- Proper mouth position and relaxation
- How to start “Coloring” or “painting” your words
- How to continue stretch your vocal range and why it’s so important
- Proper breathing technique
- How Acting your song enhances the way you sing
